Hi, my name is Rudolf Stember.

When I got my Commodore C64 in 1984, nobody could possibly have known that this little machine would affect my life that much.

Back then I started using my C64 for making music for my personal enjoyment. Soon, I found myself making music and sound effects for computer and video games.

Since then I have worked on titles for companies such as Ascaron, Attic, Bitmap Brothers, Core Design, egosoft, Hudson Soft, Konami, Lucas Arts, Nintendo, Ocean, Play Byte, Rainbow Arts, Sony, Virgin, Warner Active and Factor 5.

In 1996 I left Germany together with a bunch of other Germans from Factor 5 to make better video games in the USA.

Today I live in Marin County / California nearby San Francisco and I work as Audio Director at Factor 5.

Yes, I finally had some time to redesign the site. Some parts are still under development, but I hope you like it so far.

Recently, I expanded my collection of classic games I have worked on, but Istill don't have a copy of each and every game. So if you want to get rid of an old Amiga/C64 game that might be of interest for me, drop me a line.

Finally, the news is out! Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike will come to a GameCube near you this fall of 2003. We here at Factor 5 have been working on this game for quite a while now and are very excited about it. This game is the follow up to Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader™, the best selling third-party video game for GameCube upon initial release in 2001.
